Due to growth, they are currently seeking a high-performing individual to join their rapidly growing Solutions Team—a collaborative group of Software Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers who are dedicated to building and implementing forward-thinking solutions for their clients.
We are looking for someone who can help them Implement their solution into new clients, so someone with previous implementation experience is a must and it would be ideal if this experience was with finance systems.
What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Analyze & Design: Map "As-is" and "To-be" business processes and support customers in the design phase of projects.
- Innovate & Solve: Translate customer needs into system configurations and identify consultancy opportunities to enhance business operations.
- Manage Change: Oversee change requests, document integrations with third-party products, and provide seamless system implementations.
- Train & Support: Deliver engaging training sessions, create materials, and provide post-implementation support to empower end-users.
Your Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with teams across disciplines to achieve project goals.
- Maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage analytical skills to solve complex business problems and identify new opportunities.
