IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support.
• Manage Microsoft365 services.
• MDM with Microsoft Intune.
• Support and manage SharePoint sites.
   

Experience/Skills required:

• Proven IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft365, Intune, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Office apps.
• Active Directory
   

Useful Skills to have:

• Cloud-based endpoint management.
• Network protocols and security.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
• Zendesk
   

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
