Are you passionate about implementing cutting-edge financial management solutions in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated Lead Consultant to join the Professional Services team at a leading fintech client.
As a Lead Consultant, you will support the deployment of solutions for clients worldwide. Working with Professional Services, Development & Test teams, and Project Managers, you will ensure precise and efficient delivery of solutions. You will play a critical role in designing and overseeing customer solutions, managing multiple projects, and collaborating within a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Support: Provide daily support for financial management solution implementations.
- Estimation and Discovery: Perform high-level estimation tasks and prepare inputs for the Bid Approval Process.
- Client Collaboration and Solution Design: Understand client processes and design solutions to meet their needs.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to outline delivery plans.
- Quality Assurance and Monitoring: Track project progress and support acceptance testing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Conduct status meetings and document key discussions.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and escalations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Ability to produce detailed solution requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Knowledge of CASS, Payments, Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance.
- Familiarity with technical and business documentation.
- Understanding of change control and software development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant subject or appropriate business analysis certification.
- Background in FinTech, SaaS, or Finance.
- Proven experience leading customer workshops and managing defect triage and test plans.
- Knowledge of financial reconciliation software.
