- Expensive experience in internal/external Programmes and Product Teams.
- Highly experienced in setting up product teams.
- Extensive experience of leading large multi-stream programmes in complex, multiple stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge and expertise of shaping programmes and product teams utilising a variety of delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Leadership and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the business and IT processes.
- Very strong influencing skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams in changing business environments.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data, manage budgets and ensure effective financial control

We are supporting a client in growing their Transformation Team. We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Change Manager to support the successful rollout of a new software. This role will be central to driving user adoption, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop expert-level knowledge of the organisations software.
- Provide training and support to teams, both individually and in group settings.
- Create engaging and user-friendly training materials tailored to different staff needs.
- Gather and document user feedback to inform continuous improvement of internal systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to coordinate rollout plans.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in change management, user adoption, or technology implementation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence delivering training.
- Technically proficient and quick to understand new software and tools.
- Highly organised with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
