Senior Full Stack Developer | Glasgow | Hybrid

Up to £60k + great benefits

We're working with a well-established, growing organisation in the financial services sector - a purpose-driven business with a loyal customer base and a proprietary digital platform that genuinely differentiates them in their market.

They're growing their engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, close-knit group where your opinion matters, your code ships, and your impact is visible.

The Role

This is a hands-on position - the majority of your time will be spent writing and architecting code, not sitting in meetings. You'll work across a member-facing self-serve platform and internal tooling, contributing to both greenfield features and ongoing improvement of live systems.

You'll also play a senior role in the team - reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and helping shape technical direction without it becoming a management role.

Are you a Senior Engineer looking for the autonomy to thrive within a high-growth, product-focused environment?

Would you like to join an organisation where you can make business-critical technical decisions and see the real-world impact of your work?

You have the opportunity to join a scaling, product-led organisation developing AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients within a highly regulated market. With a growing international footprint, they are entering an exciting new phase of growth and innovation.

You will work on a suite of complex, production-grade systems that combine backend engineering with AI-driven functionality — helping to transform how organisations assess, process and act on large-scale data.

Within your day-to-day role, you will take ownership of designing, building and operating backend services in a modern cloud environment. You’ll work with technologies including C#, .NET (8+), Azure, microservices architecture and infrastructure as code, alongside integrating AI components into live systems.

You’ll be joining at a key stage where core products are established, and the focus is now on scaling, enhancing and introducing new capabilities. There is a clear pathway to broader technical ownership, giving you the opportunity to influence architecture, mentor others and play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building high-quality backend systems, takes ownership of what they deliver, and is comfortable working in an evolving environment where autonomy and accountability go hand-in-hand.
