Audit Portfolio Lead – IT Infrastructure Services
Location: Edinburgh or Bristol (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Salary: £90,440 – £106,400 with additional Bonus and pension contribution up to 15%

As Audit Portfolio Lead, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and high-profile portfolio of audits focused on infrastructure resilience, cloud technologies, data centres, and system architecture. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, drive innovation, and help build a stronger, safer future for the organisation.
What you’ll be doing

Lead and oversee the delivery of a portfolio of audits, directly managing complex and high-risk audits

Guide and support engagement leads, ensuring quality, insight and timely outcomes

Translate infrastructure risks into clear business impact, supporting risk assurance and stakeholder understanding

Drive innovation in audit methodology using data-driven techniques and automation

Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback and career support

Shape audit strategy and contribute to broader risk, control and governance improvements
What you’ll bring

Extensive experience auditing IT infrastructure, including networks, data centres, and cloud environments

Strong knowledge of resilience, architecture, and operational risks across infrastructure services

Relevant qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, or similar

Ability to connect technical risk to strategic business outcomes

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience influencing at senior levels

A track record of leading teams, driving performance and fostering collaboration
Desirable expertise

Experience with cloud architecture and security frameworks

Understanding of middleware, mainframe, and batch management systems

Familiarity with development lifecycle methodologies

UX Architect
Hybrid (2 days per week) Edinburgh or Glasgow
Up to £60,000 DOE
We are exclusively seeking a UX Architect to join our growing FinTech Client in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team who are going through a significant period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the platform's user interface, collaborating closely with the development team and other departments to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency in UX design.
- Liaise with Product Management, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to understand user requirements and challenges, designing suitable user experiences.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the company and customers to gather and collect their requirements and input.
- Advocate for good design and emphasize the importance of a strong UX/UI design to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Assist in the design and planning of product documentation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, focusing on user interface design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in delivering intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences.
- Proven track record of creating user-centred solutions that drive measurable improvements in engagement and usability.
- Deep understanding of design principles and a solid foundation in usability principles and user behaviour.
- Experience collaborating with developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented to required standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships across teams and with customers.
- Proficiency in UX design software.
- Influence quality measures and acceptance criteria for UI and UX.
- May be required to provide training to other team members or users on UI/UX processes and best practices.
- Will mentor other team members and provide feedback on their work.
- May need to participate in customer-facing calls to assist with UX queries or issues.
- Basic project management skills to ensure content is released in a timely fashion.
- Assist with recruiting other team members in similar roles as necessary.
- Contribute well-written content and identify and document new feature UI/UX requirements.
