You’ll act as the point of contact, coordinating between technical and project teams.

You should be an experienced IT / project professional with proven experience of team management, service management and project leadership within technology projects.

You will need to be fluent in Spanish.

Legal Tech Support Analyst

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid) 50% office - 50% home

Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 + bonus & benefits

 

We are looking for a Legal Tech Support Analyst to join our client's Technology Delivery team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build their career in legal technology, supporting platforms that transform the way legal services are delivered.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for legal tech tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation, responding to queries, and helping colleagues and clients.

Would you like to work with a growing MSP delivering 1st class customer service and technical support to a broad base of customers across the UK?

 

You will work in a hybrid fashion, on average 3 days per week at home, with 2 days spent onsite with clients. Clients are based in and around the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventy, Solihull)

 

You will have an opportunity to work a wide range of technology with customers from variety of industries solving 1st and 2nd line incidents, requests, and problems remotely.

As this role requires travel, you will need a clean, full driving license as well as access to your own vehicle (you will be reimbursed for your travel expenses). You will be provided with a company car.

 

Salary wise, this is paying between £30,000 - £32,500 plus bonus and benefits.

 

There is an on-call element for this role (2 weeks per month) which does carry additional pay.
