You will work in a hybrid fashion, on average 3 days per week at home, with 2 days spent onsite with clients. Clients are based in and around the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventy, Solihull)
You will have an opportunity to work a wide range of technology with customers from variety of industries solving 1st and 2nd line incidents, requests, and problems remotely.

Due to their diverse client portfolio, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a range of bespoke and industry-specific technologies. Every day brings something new! This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.
As this role requires travel, you will need a clean, full driving license as well as access to your own vehicle (you will be reimbursed for your travel expenses). You will be provided with a company car.
Salary wise, this is paying between £30,000 - £32,500 plus bonus and benefits.
There is an on-call element for this role (2 weeks per month) which does carry additional pay.

Be the first line of support for legal tech platforms, handling queries and resolving issues.
Become a subject matter expert across a range of legal tech tools.
Configure, maintain, and support sites/projects for both client and internal use.
Help create demo sites and training resources, including guides and short videos.
Perform key administrative tasks, including user management and permissions.
Maintain accurate support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
Provide training and guidance to help colleagues and clients use tools effectively.
