IT Help Desk Engineer
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 (DOE)
Team: 4-person internal IT team, supporting ~260 users

We’re supporting a Law Firm who are looking for a proactive IT Help Desk Engineer to join its internal IT team in Glasgow. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring a high level of IT support for colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — from resolving Office 365 issues to managing virtual desktops and supporting device rollouts, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and support.
What you’ll do

Provide friendly and efficient 1st and 2nd line support via Halo ticketing system
