Senior Full Stack Developer | Glasgow | Hybrid

We're working with a well-established, growing organisation in the financial services sector - a purpose-driven business with a loyal customer base and a proprietary digital platform that genuinely differentiates them in their market.
They're growing their engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, close-knit group where your opinion matters, your code ships, and your impact is visible.
The Role
This is a hands-on position - the majority of your time will be spent writing and architecting code, not sitting in meetings. You'll work across a member-facing self-serve platform and internal tooling, contributing to both greenfield features and ongoing improvement of live systems.
You'll also play a senior role in the team - reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and helping shape technical direction without it becoming a management role.
