Looking for a product focused Programme Manager role working within change and digital transformation?

Be-IT are seeking a Programme Manager to support the Head of Portfolio Delivery and Transformation Director to implement a product team and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will need to have experience of both setting up product teams and continuous improvement cultures.

You’ll enjoy a remote first work environment, a business that promotes work life balance and get to work on exciting global projects.  

You’ll need the following skills and experiences –

• Expensive experience in internal/external Programmes and Product Teams.
• Highly experienced in setting up product teams.
• Extensive experience of leading large multi-stream programmes in complex, multiple stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge and expertise of shaping programmes and product teams utilising a variety of delivery frameworks and methodologies.
• Leadership and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the business and IT processes.
• Very strong influencing skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams in changing business environments.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data, manage budgets and ensure effective financial control
