Do you enjoy getting to the bottom of how people actually work, and helping them work better?

This is an opportunity to join a small, independent UK software business that has been supporting the NHS for decades and is now entering a significant growth phase.

They build a specialist mobile application used every day by clinicians working out in the community. It is already live across most of Scotland supporting 20,000+ healthcare professionals with a major new rollout imminent and plans to expand further across the UK.

This role sits right in the middle of that journey.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with NHS teams to understand how services operate today, how they need to operate tomorrow, and how technology can support that change.

You will be involved from early discovery through to rollout and adoption, breaking large programmes into manageable phases, supporting configuration and training, and acting as the link between users, product and a small in-house development team. It is hands-on, people-facing work where you see the impact of your decisions quickly.

What makes this role stand out is the combination of purpose and autonomy. You are working on software that genuinely supports frontline NHS services and solving real-world problems in complex environments, while being part of a close-knit team of around 15 people where your input is noticed and valued.

The setup is flexible, mostly remote with occasional on-site time each month, and the culture is grown-up, collaborative and practical.

You will suit this role if you are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, including those who may be cautious about change, and if you enjoy analysing processes and turning them into clear, workable outcomes. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be technically curious and confident bridging the gap between users and engineers.

Experience in healthcare or the NHS is helpful but not essential. People from other complex or regulated environments can do very well here.

Salary is likely around £45k, with flexibility for the right person, plus a 7% employer pension contribution and 35 days’ holiday, rising over time. The interview process is straightforward and focused on fit, approach and how you think about real delivery scenarios.
