We operate on a success-based fee structure, so you pay a fee only when you successfully hire a candidate with our support.
As the name suggests, this is our sole partner model – where we become exclusive recruiters for an agreed role. With the time to devote to getting to know your needs, goals and culture – together with optional tools like video interviewing – our consultants can develop a deeper understanding of your organisation and conduct a more focused search for the ideal candidate.
Our retained model is designed for those situations that demand a comprehensive and specialised search process – ideal for senior, specialist or otherwise hard-to-fill roles. We act as your partner, with a portion of the fee paid in advance. This gives us the scope to invest more time and resources into headhunting, market research and competitor analysis. It’s a solution that comes with a suite of tools and approaches – from branded advertising to optional tools like video interviewing (at an additional fee).
