Be-IT are seeking a Business Analyst with Product and Service Design experience to assist in setting up a product area which will host product managers.

The organisation is moving from project to product ways of working / thinking and as a result requires a BA with product experience and business design / process design experience.

You will support customer solutions activity sitting across Transformation and IT. The role will create a series of Use Cases for a delivery team, describing user interaction on the customer journey, feature requirements, workflows, and potential outcomes that can be tracked and measured. You’ll also be looking at research and data analytics to define the user needs, designing the customer journeys, testing outcome concepts and supporting the design / development of a Minimum Viable Product.

Be-IT are working with a data and insights consultancy who are seeking 2 Data Engineers with solid Snowflake experience to join at the start of a company wide data project.

You must have Snowflake experience and be able to share this knowledge with the team through collaboration.

You should also ideally have strong Python and AWS experience.
