We're looking for a customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a leading Managed Service Provider, providing onsite support to a well-established end client in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys working directly with users, resolving technical issues and delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for IT support queries, assisting users both remotely and face-to-face while ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
