Are you an experienced IT Technician who is looking to move into a part-time role on a short-term basis? 

Do you have experience delivering IT Support with exposure across Windows environments?

If so, our client, a leading MSP based in Wales, is looking to add an additional team member, who can cover one of their clients in the Stockton on Tees area.

You would be expected to work 2 days per week for the client, delivering hands-on IT Support. Some of the responsibilities would include:

• Carrying out on site installation and support of new endpoints (Windows, MacOS and mobile)
• Setting up new laptops and devices 
• Carrying out one site installation and support of common networking equipment, e.g. switches, routers, WAPs.
• Ensuring that Incidents and Service Requests are resolved within SLA commitments for clients with a high level of customer service

This role would be suitable for someone looking for part time work or students, with the 2 days you are required being flexible. This is an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of it extending to 1 year.
