The tasks of a Software Engineer will include:
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that power core platforms.
• Build tools and systems processing large volumes of data quickly and reliably.
• Champion best practices in programming, testing, and architecture—leading by example and mentoring others.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product owners, and engineers to define requirements and deliver elegant solutions.
• Continuously improve platform performance and scalability while driving innovation across our technology stack.
• Share knowledge and foster a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.
To progress as a successful Software Engineer you will require:
• Strong, current commercial experience in PHP and Laravel.
• Proficiency with Vue.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• To be an advocate for Agile methodologies, TDD, and OOP principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for empowering teams.
