We’re supporting a Law Firm who are looking for a proactive IT Help Desk Engineer to join its internal IT team in Glasgow. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring a high level of IT support for colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — from resolving Office 365 issues to managing virtual desktops and supporting device rollouts, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and support.
Provide friendly and efficient 1st and 2nd line support via Halo ticketing system
Support Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user admin)
Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) performance and user issues
Manage endpoint devices with Microsoft Intune
Handle user access, network issues (DNS, DHCP), and software support
