As Programme Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of interconnected projects and change initiatives, translating strategic priorities into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of transformation initiatives
- Translate business strategy into clear programme roadmaps and delivery plans
- Establish and embed robust governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting standards
- Lead, develop and support a team of Project Managers
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and benefits realisation
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-programme impacts in a complex environment
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large, multi-project programmes within complex organisations
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in programme governance, planning, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior leadership interaction
- Track record in change, digital, or organisational transformation
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
