I’m looking for a strong leader who can focus on enhancing development processes and team development. You’ll lead the product roadmap, sprint delivery and the management of a software team.
The company’s tech stack – OpenEdge in the backend with Typescript/Angular front-end.
You should have the following skills and experiences –
- Degree in computing science or tech related.
- Experience in a similar Development Manager role with responsibility for leading a team of developers.
- Deep understanding of modern development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD.
- Practical knowledge of deployment architectures, cloud services, and cost/performance trade‑offs.
- Familiarity with build pipelines, version control, containerisation, and automated testing.
- Strong product mindset—comfort with roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and aligning technical delivery to product goals.
- Proven ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent planning and execution skills (sprint management, risk mitigation, resource allocation).
- Able to make timely, data‑informed decisions and balance tech debt with feature delivery.
- Clear communication with stakeholders at various levels (technical and non‑technical).
