Our client is a global leader in manufacturing technology, helping customers produce the goods the world needs more efficiently. They're looking for a Global Systems Manager to lead the improvement, maturation, and futureproofing of their sustainability data processes and systems - turning complex data into insight that shapes real decisions.
What you'll do
- Systemisation Leadership: Lead the improvement and futureproofing of data processes and systems, ensuring robust reporting and actionable insights.
- Data Transition Management: Plan and deliver the transition of key accounting and reporting processes to a shared business services function.
- KPI Systemisation: Define and systemise material business KPIs, ensuring consistent data capture aligned with reporting needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across Divisions and Corporate Functions to improve data governance and consolidation.
- IS&T Integration: Represent data and systems requirements within the IS&T Product Operating Model, including SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Insight Delivery: Partner with business teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance and risk management.
- Innovation and Monitoring: Monitor emerging technologies, including AI, to support 'buy versus build' decisions.
What you'll bring
Must-haves:
- Degree-level qualification in IT or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with enterprise data systems and IS&T operating models.
- Strong skills in data analysis, governance, and tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Collibra.
- Excellent collaboration skills, leading cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Experience with build vs. buy decisions and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong commercial acumen and organisational awareness.
