We’re working with a forward-thinking legal firm investing heavily in its legal technology landscape, and we’re looking for a ShareDo Developer to play a key role in enhancing and evolving their core case management platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing legal tech function where you’ll work on meaningful projects, drive system improvements, and help shape how technology supports legal service delivery.


The Role

As a ShareDo Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the ShareDo platform to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Working closely with Legal Operations, IT, and stakeholders across the firm, you’ll deliver scalable solutions that improve workflows, efficiency, and user experience.

You will:

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ShareDo platform
  • Build and enhance workflows, forms, and integrations
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
  • Contribute to best practice, documentation, and system governance
  • Support integrations with other systems across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with ShareDo or other case management software configuration  (development, configuration, or administration) 
  • Strong understanding of case management systems within legal or professional services
  • Experience with workflow design, automation, and system configuration
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate into practical solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
