Working from their Motherwell hub as part of a small but talented team with specialists in their field, you will be crucial in the success of the organisations IT systems and infrastructure
Within your day to day duties you will work extensively with key tech and systems inclusive of Microsoft technologies - Windows Server, Office365, Active Directory, MS Intune and Virtualisation tools such as Hyper-V
You will provide hands on technical support to the business within service requests but also help to shape and influence critical processes to ensure continual development and optimized IT solutions
The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy dealing with both technical and not technical team members and have an active approach in looking to improve technical operations from within
